Eastern Regional High Schools boasts some of the highest quality facilities in the South Jersey area. Rental Process
Please make an appointment with the Vice Principal of Athletics to discuss use of the facilities. All paperwork, including insurance, must be submitted to the Athletic Office two weeks prior to the next Board of Education meeting to obtain approval. The Facility Usage Request Form and the Facility Usage Policy have been posted below.
Prior to submitting any Facility Usage requests for Board of Education approval, all those requesting to rent the facilities must also submit a Certificate of Insurance - please see below for more minimum insurance requirements below:
- Commercial General Liability with a $1,000,000 per occurrence limit / $1,000,000 aggregate for bodily injury and property damage.
- Must include coverage for Sex Abuse and Molestation if organization/event involves student participants, with a limit of no less than $250,000.
- Coverage to be Primary and Non-Contributory
- Eastern Camden County Regional School District named as Additional Insured (copy of additional insured endorsement must accompany the certificate). Please note that any certificate submitted with any variations of the school district’s name is not acceptable.
- Sports Associations must show evidence that their General Liability policy will respond to injuries sustained by athletic participants, and/or show a Certificate of Insurance showing evidence of an Athletic Participants Medical Payments policy (sports accident policy) with a minimum limit of $100,000 per accident.
- Addition of a hold harmless agreement.
