Digital Learning Environment Agreement
-
The Digital Learning Environment program at Eastern Regional High School seeks to provide students and staff with tools and resources to create a modern learning environment that will prepare students to be successful in high school and ultimately to be college and career ready. We recognize that technology integration should be seamless and allow students to create, think critically, problem solve, collaborate, and communicate in new, meaningful, and interesting ways. The DLE program will help teachers transform curriculum and teaching practices, so they can prepare students to be successful in an ever-changing global economy.
Prior to all ninth graders receiving their iPads, parents/guardians must sign and review the DLE Agreement in PowerSchool.
Also, students will need to provide their signature, agreeing to the DLE Agreement. This form will be given to students during the iPad deployment and students may sign this form at this time. We suggest you review this form with your child prior to the deployment date.
Please take a moment to review the DLE Handbook. This handbook will answer many questions you may have in regards to how the iPad will be used, as well as how to take care of this device. The end of the handbook explains the optional iPad damage protection plan being offered by the school district. If you choose to purchase the iPad protection program, you must pay electronically. Please see the link below for payment information.
