EASTERN REGIONAL HIGH SCHOOL  

PHYSICAL EDUCATION UNIFORM GUIDELINES 

During the school year, all students are required to change into the approved Eastern Regional High School physical education (PE) uniform for class. Wearing the designated PE uniform ensures that students are appropriately dressed for physical activity, supports good personal hygiene, and helps teachers quickly identify students for safety and security purposes.  Additionally, the uniform is significantly more cost-effective than purchasing comparable athletic clothing. 

Physical Education class is held four days a week. Students must be prepared to change for PE daily.  Students are permitted to wear Eastern uniforms from previous years as long as they are in good condition. 

The required PE uniform includes:

• A cardinal red "Eastern Phys. Ed." t-shirt
• Navy-blue mesh shorts, both featuring the school logo

Available Sizes:

• T-Shirts: Adult small to 3XL
• Shorts: Men's small to 3XL and Women's small to 2XL

Optional items also available for purchase include:

• Navy sweatpants
• Cardinal red fleece sweatshirts
• Cardinal red cotton long-sleeve shirts

An online web store will be open from July 21 to July 31 for students to purchase new uniforms for the 2025-26 school year.

To ensure that students have the required uniforms, we strongly recommend that all orders be placed during this period. Once the school year begins in September, students can purchase uniforms from our school store, located at the high school. However, please be aware that the selection and sizes will be limited compared to the online store. Exchanges for size will be permitted for uniforms purchased online and in the school store.
