PHYSICAL EDUCATION UNIFORM GUIDELINES 

During the school year, every student is required to change for physical education class into the approved Eastern Regional High School uniform. The uniform consists of a cardinal red "Eastern Phys. Ed" t-shirt and navy-blue mesh shorts with a similar logo on the leg portion. Wearing physical education uniforms will ensure all students are adequately and appropriately dressed for class, assist in personal hygiene, and aid teachers in quickly identifying their students for security purposes. Additionally, uniforms cost significantly less than a comparable set of clothing. 

Physical Education class is held four days a week.  Students must be prepared to change for PE daily. Students are permitted to wear Eastern uniforms from previous years as long as they are in good condition.  

An online webstore will be open from July 21 to July 31 for students to purchase new uniforms for the 2024-25 school year. T-shirts will be available in Adult (Small to 3XL) sizes.  Shorts will be available in Men's (Small to 3XL), and Women's (Small to 2XL) sizes.  In addition, optional navy sweatpants and cardinal red fleece tops are available for purchase. 

To ensure that students have the required uniforms, we strongly recommend that all orders be placed during this period. Once the school year begins in September, students can purchase uniforms from our school store, located at the high school. However, please be aware that the selection and sizes will be limited compared to the online store. Exchanges for size will be permitted for uniforms purchased online and in the school store.
