RECONFIRMATION OF CURRENT STUDENT'S ADDRESS

Eastern Regional High School conducts an annual review of residency documentation for all students who are either currently enrolled or who reside in the district and are eligible for transportation services. Please follow the steps below for our simplified residency renewal process:
STEP ONE: SUBMIT VERIFICATION FORM

This form is your confirmation that you and your student(s) continue to reside at the address we have on record. If your address is different than what we have on record.

If you and your student have recently moved, please visit the Change of Address website.
STEP TWO: EMAIL TWO SUPPORT DOCUMENTS

Using a smart device, capture images of any two current bills or other documents and email ckendall@eccrsd.us
Email your support documents to ckendall@eccrsd.us, options are below:
- Copy of current utility bills (i.e. Gas, Electric, etc.)
- Copy of License
- Copy of Financial Account Information
- Copy of Bills other than utilities
- Canceled Check
- Copy of Vehicle Registration &/or Insurance
- Copy of Medical Report
- Copy of Benefit or Insurance Claims
- Copy of Employment documents
- Copy of Unemployment documents
