RECONFIRMATION OF CURRENT STUDENT'S ADDRESS

  • Eastern Regional High School conducts an annual review of residency documentation for all students who are either currently enrolled or who reside in the district and are eligible for transportation services.  Please follow the steps below for our simplified residency renewal process:

STEP ONE: SUBMIT VERIFICATION FORM

  • Click on the Icon to access the Verification of Residency Form

    This form is your confirmation that you and your student(s) continue to reside at the address we have on record. If your address is different than what we have on record.

STEP TWO: EMAIL TWO SUPPORT DOCUMENTS

  • Click on the Icon for a list of document options

    Using a smart device, capture images of any two current bills or other documents and email ckendall@eccrsd.us
