My student would like to attend Eastern Regional High School but we don't live in the district.
While Eastern Regional High School is not a "choice" school, we do have a tuition option for students who do not live in our district. For tuition information, please Email: rderkacs@eccrsd.us
Otherwise, we can only accept students who live in Voorhees, Berlin Borough, or Gibbsboro.

I have just moved into the district but my student wants to attend Camden County Technical School.

Please note that you will have to ensure you have contacted Camden County Technical School to follow all application and enrollment procedures as they do not operate through our school in any way. How can I check that a location I'm looking at in Berlin is the right one to go to Eastern?
When you are researching locations in the Berlin area, please make sure that the District Code to whom taxes are paid is for Berlin Borough and not Berlin Township.

I have an 8th grader who is currently in private school but wants to enroll at Eastern in the fall.
Welcome to the Eastern family! Though you may have been hearing about enrollment information from friends whose students are in a "sending school", that information will not pertain to your student even if you live in one of the sending districts. Please email ckendall@eccrsd.us for more information about the student transfer process for the upcoming school year.

Welcome back! We will need to verify the student's demographic information and will need current proof of address documents submitted, even if nothing has changed.

I am living with a family member, how do I prove I live in the district?
We will need a signed and notarized Affidavit from the owner/renter of the domicile in which you and your student(s) reside. In addition, we will need at least three current documents that show your personal attachment to the domicile. Please go to the Proof of Address Page for more information.

My student splits time between two in-district addresses, can there be two bus stops?
Typically any student who has two in-district addresses will have two separate bus routes assigned, with the bus passes accessible in the PowerSchool Student Portal. For 2020-2021, this was not an available service however policies continue to change. Please contact the Transportation Coordinator for additional information or other questions.

Please visit the Athletics website for information about sports registration and other information or contact khunter@eccrsd.us with any questions.
Please also complete the NJSIAA Form if your student is an incoming transfer student and provide to Ms. Kristi Hunter accordingly.
